Drink drinking drank (now with a clear head)

Okay… this one is the real deal yesterday I was too tired to connect some dots.

Yesterday I went to a friend's party, it was his birthday, and so I went to meet him in a small bar in Santos. I walked through the rain until I reached the bar, I entered and there he was with his friends, standing right next to the door. He welcomed me and introduced me to the his friend's quartet, it was so noisy I couldn't catch any of their names so for sake of making some sense of this episode I'll give them some code names (boy1, boy2, girl1 and girl2).

My friend went to the bar to get himself a beer, and I was left to make some observations about his friends:

  1. They smoked like chimneys;
  2. Boy1 and girl1 were dating;
  3. They are the complete opposite of me.
The bar was cozy, which is just another word to say small, and it was crowded, but that did not keep the quartet from jumping out of their sits and give it all in the dance floor. It was funny to see how almost out of nowhere they were able to free themselves and start moving like if they were spelling with their hands in a flowing paint… The black lights with changing tons of color also helped the marveling image… I was petrified, but only noticed when I looked across the bar and saw a frame of erratic movements over an unmovable statue, and the statue was me…

In my shock I decided to take a breather and went outside, where it was still raining, it was fresh and it felt great. After a while, my friend came out also, to reply to a commemorating phone call. We then engaged into a chat about nothing and everything like so many friends do. Upon conclusion of this little talk we went back in… And I was offered, but it must be said that the offering was really insisting, the five of us cheerer and drank our beer, then came the shots tow of a black thingy that was rather sweet.

After this I felt like I was breathing fire and went outside to fresh up my throat, it had stopped raining, but I decided to crouch under a dripping pipe to calm myself down, every cold drop that hit me, felt like a reliever. I was making my way back in when I saw my friend and boy1 coming and so took the opportunity to stay outside a bit longer as we developed a conversation around the topic of relationships ( I don't know why, but although I one of the least experienced person in the matter everyone seeks my advice in this precise matter, it's funny). Then we went back in to the waves that flowed in the bar, drinking something every other quarter of an hour, until I decided it was enough if I wanted to drive home in a couple of hours. For the rest of the night everyone of the group, would from now and then go outside to take a breather… And When the clock stroke 4 we were all out and going in our own direction in search of home and bed to sleep in…

And the last music was:

Hope is Last

Last Friday a lot changed…

After a week of stabbing, we decided to put the swords aside, and just have a blast for one last night. We were all there; me, Jack, deWinter, Giselle and Ginger.

Giselle and deWinter took a break and decided to take a slip of alcohol, making everything ever more cheery. But not even the pleasers of the wild life fill an empty stomach. So we decided to take our business to McDonalds.

There we trailed back to the same old subjects, until we were interrupted by an old woman who asked us if we could spare something to feed her. Being at the end of the table I reached for my pocket to spare some cash. But she promptly said she wasn't begging for money, she just wanted something to eat… I was surprised, never had I seen someone reject money that way. And due to that strange situation I accepted her terms and offered her a McMenu, Paying for it on the full receiving in return nothing more than a smiley thank you.

Upon my return the group resumed the conversation, but time flies when we're having fun. And at two a.m. we pulled ourselves up again and joined in reunion in the short space my car could provide. But this time, no usual conversation took place. This time we faced a crisis.

Jack's taking a break from the blog as some of you must cleverly realized after his last post. I tried to dissuade him and ended up making it worst, giving deWinter same the idea. Meaning; that this could be the beginning of the end of the blog.

We're close to having a last post.

The funny thing is… that at the start of it all, me and deWinter talked about the possible longevity of the blog and has I pointed to one year, she pointed to one decade… funny isn't it?

Hopping that this won't be the last post

John Scar Kramer

P.S.: Not knowing if this will in fact be the end of it all, I'll take this time just to say: Although I didn't ask her I already know the answer. Thanks any way

Blood dripping down my back

Chief: How can we believe a man who would sell out his friends?
Siegfried: Dumkopf! Who else are you supposed to sell out? You can't betray enemies!

I was stabbed on the back and it's fucking disappointing.

I was waiting for something like this to happen but not this early.

So now I'll take some time to redefine some priorities, and then, we'll see what will happen.

Oligocracy

Jack's latest post links you to a video in which the first part is about the scheming that religion is and a second part about the power of rich and resourceful minority over the world.

If you saw the movie, you're probably surprised, and asking yourself "How can this be?"

I don't know how it all started, but my high school economics teachers told me that what we're so shocked to hear about started when the human first started to live in society.

I haven't study history in the last 5 years, but I think that the only time in human history that there was true democracy was during the first years as a society, before Egyptians, Greeks or Romans; there was a time when the human being life as part of a herd, and anyone could challenge the leader.

Since then the ratio of People in charge/ total population has just being decreasing. In ancient Rome, there was a senate; later during the dark ages the Vatican had sovereignty over every European kingdom; but then came Martin Luther and the over the world was under the protestant countries, being this the longest period of time without a shift, happening only after the first world war; after which all changed, having two Anglo-Saxons (USA and Great Britain) and Russia; But after world war two Britain got cut out of the picture, leaving the other two to divide the world into tow for the second time in history. But after the fall of the U. R.S.S. we were left only with the United States of America as a ruler.

Now if I could take a moment I would like to explain how an infant adult like me sees the society we live.

My point of view is that we don't live in democracy, but rather in a system known in economy has oligopoly (?) an oligopoly is a market form in which a market or industry is dominated by a small number of sellers (oligopolists), but to make it more correct I'll give it a new name Oligocracy (mostly the same but under a different name). So oligocracy is a regime in which a small group of people rules the country.

You may argue that there are elections every 4-5 years to prevent that.

And you'll be absolutely right, by saying that. But this oligocracy is rules over any countries president. This oligopoly is controlled by banks, oil refineries, warlords… And every country is in dept to them. And this dept is so big that if the government does not fulfill with their demands they risk a total shut down, and actually bringing to life the metaphor shit hole we say we live in.

Now that I explained my way of seeing things, I know you're probably traumatized, greatly traumatized if you actually saw the movie till the end. But I have some words to ease you now:

If there's something that history taught us was that nothing lasts forever, so this system will crumble eventually. And when it does it's going to be either because of greed, competition or both.

Proving Jack/John Wrong

I can show you how funny telling things in plain, simple way really is.
I'll tell you.
You know when people die, if you go to them and say he when to the longest sleep there's no fun, but if you say it's a crucifixion (with some wipping before hand)

Or when Your sitting talking about someone who is present and listening at the table, and someone asks who is "His name".

The bes situation dought is when you get to say to someone plain and simply, "You're stupid" or "Son of a bItch, wheN will YOU leARn, Every thing haS iT's fUcking PrIce Dom ass!!!"

But Maybe your write Subliminal mensages are lots of fun too.

When TV ruins the day

While watching a debate show called “Pros e Contras” (which I hate) in the theme of homosexual marriage I thought:

This is a (very poor) show, with (really bad) actual themes, with a crappie presenter. It usually has two spokesmen/women in each side where one defends one idea and the other defends the opposite, they talk rubbish from both sides for twenty minutes until the worst presenter of the world, stops the discussion and introduces someone from the crow sitting in the auditory to contest and attack one of the sides and say rubbish once again, and so on. This TV-rubbish, starts at half past nine and goes through the night until… I don’t know (I really never stayed to the end).

Either way, the theme this time is the homosexual marriage; I start to say I’m against it, for many reasons, but mainly because, marriage is the oldest institution in the history, and homosexuality is also an old story.

It is known in history that the Greek had a bisexual culture meaning that it was social accepted homosexual relationships. But there is not registry of a gay marriage. In the past there was respect for institutions, people respected the marriage institution and knew that it was something that was be on man’s will, the idea of marring someone comes from the sentiment that the two parts feel, love. It is not rational, nor spontaneous, it just happens. It is something sent by the gods.
This been said, it is easily accomplished that I believe that marriage is an religious institution (not meaning that atheists cannot get married, just that is not a social, nor legislation thing), meaning with this that God created man and woman to be together, and he is a lazy bastard, he would not think twice if creating only one gender would be enough, but it isn’t. There’s the need for both and its union.

You may now argue that this is just an homophobic ideal. Call it whatever you want but I have my mind closed.

Friday 13

(No this post is not about the movie, because the movie is sheat)

I’m writing about the day soon to be yesterday.
I’m not a superstitious kind of person, and I don’t believe in fate. So the worries of this day do not apply to me.
But there are people who believe, for those I’m sorry to petty your miserable lives. You have the Wright to believe in whatever you want, and I’m not suppose to judge (but I like to).
This people throw a bit of salt on their back when they have the creeds sitting at the table, this people start walking around saying Latin phrases that I bet they don’t even know the meaning. They run away of back cats and don’t look at broken mirrors, or seven years of bad luck will taunt you. The worst part is when you invite them for a dinner party and there are only thirteen seats or thirteen people (that is a show you must not miss), the jog around doing extravagant things and throw salt over people, a big fucking mess.
Just to finish because yesterday was what it was and today is what it is here is something to glance and wipe one.
Josh Groban “you are loved (don’t give up)

My Father said...

My father said that today’s economic crisis is going to be a test to our desire for democracy in the western world.
We, who sing freedom all the time, may now step over those words, to break this negative tendency. It is not a new thing, but still, it is different to what happen in the past.
In the past crisis always were around when war approached, and then we knew who our enemies were. The Romans fought the Greek; the Muslins fought the Christians, Portuguese fought the Spanish; English fought the French; And each knew who their enemy was. But today we live in a society who sworn to protect peace at all cost, and faces an invisible enemy.
Every day since the nine eleven, we have been sold the idea that we are at war with terror, we’re at war with terrorism, and that we’re at war with an invisible enemy.
That would not be a problem the to fight against this idea that spoiled the minds of those misguided, created a great deal of suffering to this society we call our own; The thing is that by fighting this idea of terror, got into our ears and created a fear that was never before known, (and you just need to look around to see it) every day people are discriminated because of the idea that a terrorist lives right next to you, every day we have less freedom and privacy, because of terror.

Adding plus the economic crisis, I’m not certain that we will not give up our freedom for security. For someone to tell us who our enemy really is or just to give us a target in witch we can blame the mess we are in.
My Friends I fear that in a short period of time will throw the Universal Declaration of Human Rights out the window and do what the Romans did (and for a fresher example) or what the Germans after the First World War did. I already see the mobs’ marching, and extremist group gather more and more troops. I tell you this has a Friend “Our next steps are critical,” I’m warning you (history does have the tendency to repeat itself).

We may have a new Holocaust in our hands ready to blow, just watch it.

Resolution

No matters how blur things get, after an argument they always change, not for better nor worst, they just change.
Lies don’t last forever, truth always rises in the end (I kind of learn that the hard way). So after love what truth is there to rise? The bad ones we hear, and read all about them but the good ones are underrated so they’re not mentioned, but they do exist, they are:
Bounds

And that’s all folks… because bounds are in everything good. The bound between parents and their sons, between lovers, between friends. But bound still need work and are not auto-sufficient. Bolicks every fucking thing in life is about work (and I’m a lazy one).

Promising to be the last time to write about this subject, and witching all the best;

John Kramer

Twisting the world to my likes.

Alfred Pennyworth: A long time ago, I was in Burma, my friends and I were working for the local government. They were trying to buy the loyalty of tribal leaders by bribing them with precious stones. But their caravans were being raided in a forest north of Rangoon by a bandit. So we went looking for the stones. But in six months, we never found anyone who traded with him. One day I saw a child playing with a ruby the size of a tangerine. The bandit had been throwing them away.

Bruce Wayne: Then why steal them?

Alfred Pennyworth: Because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

I love when all is confusion in the world and somebody tries to set order.

Sometimes you just have to see the world burn, before setting everything into a new order. That’s why Nero set Rome on Fire, to see its beauty flourish and disappear in a single instant. Recreating the beauty afterwards, so that every one witnesses it again.

I love movie that things only fall into place in the end, like the first four of the Saw series and Donnie Darko, as well many more. Because in all those something is burning and reality is recreated every step of the way.

Seeing my world Burn, and flurish
