F*ck Daisy!

There are many kinds of people. We are friends with many people, hence there are many kinds of friends. There are the good ones, the bad ones, the ones you've had for years, the ones you've just met, the ones who are your friends, and the ones who just pretend to be. Well, there are many kinds of friends.
Now imagine you had a friend, a good one, one you've had for years. That friend has never quite accepted you the way you are. He/she (lets call him/her Daisy to keep it simple) has always tried to change you, turn you into a different person, the person she thought you should be.
You, being a nice person, don't wanting any conflict, have put up with it for years. You tried to change and be someone else, someone Daisy would apreciate better.
But you've had enough!

Now, is Daisy a good friend? Is Daisy even a good person for doing that? I don't think so... Well maybe she does that unintencionally and doesn't see herself doing it. It would be an excuse, if you had not pointed it out sometimes and told her she does it. Now it's just mean.

A friend should accept you and like you the way you are. Yeah, you could be more sensitive, more fun, more tolerant, more intolerant, more dramatic, you could cry more, laugh more, scream more, talk more, you could be all those things. But you're not. And it's fine. You're great. You're amazing just like this.
And what's bad is that you focus on Daisy, you try to understand why she wants you to change, and what's wrong with you and you keep your other friends out. Don't!

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Couldn´t have said it any better! The person who is being f*cked up by that Daisy is very lucky to have friends like you. And because of that, she must be a really good person ;) I bet she doesn´t deserve to have daisys in her way, those f*cking bastards lol
