Give people guns

The state protects too much people, creating a scared and tamed society.

Every day we see stupid rules being created because firms need to be protected against stupid law suits they have to face because some eccentric bastard and his/hers layer want to take advantage of a justice flock, and make some millions because of it.

People were given too much liberty, and decided to abuse it, ending now trapped in a web, by their own fault they weaved.

For example:

There's a case of a pedophile professor in school, he's caught and trailed according to the law, and if found guilty of the accusations, the child and the child's family will be monetary compensated and facilitated experts' trauma analysis…

But that's not enough!

The school should also be to blame, for hiring a pedophile docent (although there were no previous cases, and for years the docent had no prior cases). So the school is found guilty.

The school learns from this incident, and decides to create a rule to prohibit any physical contact, between a student and docent, that doesn't fall in the category of normal behavior.

In a society where everyone is linked to everyone by a non-physical dimension, limiting the physical one seems (to me) to be somewhat inappropriate.

The children don't interact with their fathers because they are busy working. Their colleagues/friends are just bits in a computer screen, and a consolation given by an tutor is immediately looked as if it were a court marshal infringement.

This will create a lonelier based world where the numbers of suicides are extremely probable to increase. And it even comes to a point if these defaulted rules continue to be made. It will reach a point Where the contact needed for human conception will be also prohibited, giving an end to SEX.

I'm a liberal and think everyone must be given the liberty to live their own way, but how things are right now we're living the life's someone planed us to have, and if this goes on without a stop, there won't be any life's to live.

Justice and every law must be re-studied and re-arranged so that we have a better system. Preferably one were the government/state only intervenes were things are chaotic and not when things are looking to go in an unfavorable way.

Liberty must be taken cared of by every individual instead of a organization.
