The healthy choice.



If you’re going to eat out and don’t know what. You’re considering going to a fast food restaurant, but you’ve heard they aren’t healthy so you dough if you should.
Well. I come to you, full of lobbies, but without advertising intended.

If you must choose a salad, everyone says that is the healthiest choice one can make, but if you’re in hunger, then I strongly suggest, McDonalds, Burger King, Burger Ranch… Whatever, it doesn’t matter, as long it is burger.


(Now is the part you stare at the computer for a few seconds, and think “this guy is going mad again, what the hell!!! Is he working for them now”.)



After a great deal of comparing, I with the help of my sister, discovered that a grilled hamburger, such a Big Mac, a Ranch Classic, a Whooper are far better to your health than a pizza made by Pizza hut, or a kebab sandwich.

If you dough my expertise, go check for yourself. A grilled burger has no fat in its cooking, neither does the salad they put in the sandwich to make it more greenly, the only thing that may do some damage is mayonnaise, but it is so little that it will be burnt down before you get back home.
SO if you have to choose next time… pick the salad, it is better for you.
